Welcome to TenderNotify (the "Platform"), operated by KSP Digital ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, and tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Services Provided

TenderNotify provides an automated tender aggregation and notification service. We collect public tender information from various government portals and institutional websites in India and present it to our subscribers. Notifications are delivered via Email and Telegram based on your selected keywords and organization filters. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, the Platform acts as an information intermediary and does not guarantee the award of any tender or the absolute accuracy of third-party source content.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign up using a verifiable email address and password, or via Google OAuth.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and Telegram connections.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your subscription is for a single user/business entity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Free Trial, Subscription, and Payments

We offer a 30-day free trial for all new users to evaluate the platform. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial ends, continued access to notification features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for the selected plan. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are subject to auto-renewal based on the billing cycle selected, unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of KSP Digital and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSP Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
